We will establish a minimum guaranteed price for your home by determining the amount of money that you would receive, after deducting the real estate commission. We will appraise the market value of your home, and HomeLife Results Realty Inc. will then list the home, and schedule the appointments with prospective purchasers and assist you in negotiating the maximum price for you.

There are many advantages to this system.

1.   Your closing date is guaranteed.

2.  You will never receive less than the guaranteed amount.

3. If the home sells for more than the minimum guaranteed amount, you will receive the excess after the normal marketing are paid.
