Our guarantee to you is that if the selling price of your home is lowered at any time before closing that we will reduce your purchase price to the lower price. This way you can buy now and be protected.

JOB PROTECTION

The vast majority of people have secure full time jobs. However, if the primary income earner looses his/her job before closing, Scarlett Homes Ltd. will give you the option of extending the closing for 60 days or cancelling the deal completely. You will need to provide proper written documentation of the layoff and notify us within 5 days of being laid off so that we can adjust our schedule to minimize our costs. This protection will allow you to buy a new home with confidence.
