Our hamilton locations includes nine foot ceilings, flat maple kitchen cabinets, hardwood floors in the dining room, four interior pot lights.   We also add solid oak stairs from the main floor to the second floor.  You have the choice of a wide range of ceramic and porcelain floor tiles, including some up to 18 x 18 inches.  We also include a basement bathroom rough in for a future bathroom in the basement should you decide to finish the basement later.   In addition to the above, our list price includes your choice of another $5000 of free upgrades to enhance the value of your home.

Our Meadowlands location in Ancaster, off Stonehenge Dr, West of Meadowlnads Blvd. is our premiere site and our standard features at this location is our highest offering.  The standard features include ALL BRICK construction, nine foot ceilings on the main floor., natural oak treads on the main staircase, beautiful raised maple kitchen cabinets, a pantry, pots and pans drawers, crown moulding on the cabinets, a light valance on the kitchen cabinets.  Our gourmet kitchens include granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel undermount kitchen sinks and upgraded kitchen faucets. 

We also include hardwood flooring in the upper hall and in the dining room.  There are four exterior pot lights and eight interior pot lights included.  A rough in for a future basement bathroom is included.  For you comfort, central air conditioning will be installed and sized properly to suit the size of your new home.   We install oversized 8 foot high garage doors to allow clearance for tall SUV`s and the door will be prepainted steel, with insulated panels to keep any room above the garage warmer.  You will be able to choose a stain colour for the fireplace and stair case to co-ordinate with your kitchen cabinets.    We have upgraded the sprayed ceiling to the upgraded california knock down ceilings instead of the regular spray.  We are also including grills on the front windows, an upgraded terrace door, your choice of nickel or chrome interior door hardware to complete your dream home.
