Scarlett Homes was founded in 1987 by John Chun, with a simple but enduring belief: that building a home should be a rewarding experience, not a stressful one. What began as a small operation in the Hamilton area has grown, over nearly four decades, into one of the region’s most trusted residential builders — with hundreds of families calling a Scarlett home their own.
