John Chun, CA, CPA
John Chun founded Scarlett Homes in 1988 and has spent four decades building quality homes across Hamilton and Ancaster. A Chartered Accountant by training, he built the company on financial discipline, high construction quality standards, and trade relationships that have stood the test of time. He remains actively involved in the business today.
Vice President - Sales & Operations
Michael Chun, CFA, CPA
Michael Chun leads sales and operations at Scarlett Homes, guiding buyers through every step from first consultation to final walkthrough. A former investment banker with hands-on construction and operations experience, he brings both financial rigour and a straightforward personal approach to every client relationship.
Vice President - Finance
Daniel Chun, CPA
A CPA and former Finance Manager at Mattamy Homes, Daniel leads Scarlett Homes’ finance, accounting and project development. He combines the analytical expertise of institutional residential development with the accountability that only a family business delivers.

Charene joined the Scarlett Homes team in 2003 and has since guided hundreds of families through their new home journey. Her goal is provide clients with clear communication and patience during the design and construction process.
