1) Do you offer customization options on your homes?
Yes! Customization is one of the core reasons buyers choose us over high-volume builders. We’ll work with you by allowing alterations to our designs to meet your needs and preferences. No Scarlett Home is exactly the same, offering personalization to each of our homes allow you to build your dream home.
2) What is the typical timeline to purchase a home?
That depends! We offer vacant lots (“Now Selling”) that will take 9-10 months, at spec-homes (“Quick Closings”) that can be completed in 3-4 months, and fully constructed homes (“Move-In Ready”) that are ready for a homeowner to make their own today.
3) What are spec homes/Quick Closings?
We’ve strategically completed a few houses to the drywall stage to allow for a much faster timeline for purchasers looking to make their move more quickly. We stopped at the drywall stage so that purchasers can still make their interior selections (flooring types and colours, kitchen configuration and cabinet types and colours, tile selections, paint selection, etc.) to still personalize to your preference!
