The builders are great. We have been living in one of their constructed homes since 2016 and loved that. Their finishing and material quality is excellent. Based on experience we booked out new home with them. They were flexible with changes we wanted to make and provided guidance all the way. The work was done well in time. My sister recently moved into a home built by Scarlett Homes. The service during the construction process was 10/10 and Michael was extremely helpful and patient in helping design the perfect home for her. Any issues after moved in were attended to very quickly. I am a contractor and can speak to the quality of their work. The home is very high quality compared to the new builds that I have seen and/or renovated. The price is also extremely fair for how high quality of a home was delivered. Would 10/10 recommend.
